Has the IMS bearing ever been replaced? Is there an invoice? 2. Has the engine undergone a cylinder bore inspection or borescope test? 3. Are the two damage records reported by CARFAX in March and May 2012 related to the repainting of the rear-left quarter panel? Could you provide the Porsche invoice? 4. Is there any evidence of oil leaks, bore scoring, or other known engine issues? 5. Could you confirm the age of the tyres and whether the hardtop is included in the sale? 6. Are all modifications, particularly the H&R suspension and limited-slip differential, documented and approved for road use in Germany? 7. Hello and thank you for your questions. Here are the seller’s answers: IMS bearing: The seller has no information about whether the IMS bearing has been replaced. Borescope inspection: No borescope inspection has been carried out during the current ownership. Oil leaks / engine: The car shows no signs of oil leaks, and the seller is not aware of any engine problems. Modifications: The seller has not made any modifications to the car himself. Documentation is available for the car’s history up to his ownership. Hardtop: The hardtop is included in the sale. Best regards
Hello, thank you for your detailed questions. Here is what we can say today. 1. IMS bearing and engine: we have no negative indications regarding the IMS bearing. Normal service inspections were made and showed no signs of bore scoring, such as metal in the oil filter, and no oil leaks or other engine issues are known. All invoices we received are in the gallery. A documented IMS bearing replacement or a borescope test is not part of our records. 2. CARFAX and the repaint: the rear-left repaint is shown on a Porsche invoice, and no signs of major bodywork were found there. Whether the two CARFAX entries from 2012 relate to this repaint, we will also check with the seller and get back to you here. 3. Tyres and hardtop: the tyres are from 2019 and are due for replacement because of their age. The hardtop is listed in the equipment of the car. 4. Modifications: the H&R suspension and the 40% limited-slip differential are listed in the equipment, and the car is registered in Germany with TÜV until 05/27, which has always been passed. Whether every modification is covered by an individual approval document, we will confirm with the seller and get back to you here. 5. Fees: the buyer's premium is 5% plus VAT on the selling price, with a minimum of 500 € plus VAT.
