Model history:

In line with the trend of the time, the Fiat 131 – which inherited the Fiat 124 – came with clean lines, bright interiors and large windows. It was the only Fiat model that had a name in the model designation in addition to a numerical designation – Mirafiori. This name went back to the Fiat plant of the same name in Turin. At the same time, the 131 was one of the last models with a three-digit number as a type designation. In the course of the ten-year production period, there were three series, which differed from the outside, among other things, by different headlights – first round, later angular – and taillights.

The Fiat on offer here is a 131 Mirafiori from 1977, which was first registered in Greece in April of the same year, was driven until 2009 and was then taken over by the nephew who had deregistered and sold it in February 2022. The centre console and the 2-spoke steering wheel are available in classic black. Just like the outside, according to the seller, the interior of the Fiat is in a very neat condition, which corresponds to the low mileage. The 131 Mirafiori is powered by a 1.3-liter in-line four-cylinder, which delivers 75 hp and this power is transmitted to the rear wheels by means of a 4-speed manual transmission. This Fiat has only recently received a large service with timing belts.
