Model history
When Porsche introduced the 996 series in 1997, it represented a radical technological step forward: for the first time, a water-cooled six-cylinder boxer engine with four-valve technology was used. This opened up new dimensions of performance and greater everyday usability for the 911. To mark the millennium, Porsche launched a limited special edition of the Carrera 4 – the "Millennium Edition." It combined luxurious features with the exclusive "Violet Chromaflair" color, polished 18-inch Turbo rims, and a numbered plaque. Only 911 units were produced – today, the model is one of the most sought-after variants of the 996.

LG Tom
