The BMW 320i Convertible is part of the so-called 3 Series and is a mid-range vehicle that was produced between 1987 and 1991. Now considered a classic, the automobile is part of the E30 series within the company, which replaced the first three-series BMWs starting in 1982 and included a diverse range of products. In 1985, a vehicle with an open top appeared for the first time in 15 years in the form of the BMW 325i, and from 1987 further models were delivered as convertibles in the form of the 318i and 320i. The vehicle was meticulously overhauled and received a new operating license at the beginning of August 2022. The last service on the vehicle took place during the same period, so the BMW 320i Convertible will not have to be presented to the TÜV again until August 2024.

Underbody:

After its reactivation, the BMW 320i Convertible underwent a complete technical inspection and was partially refurbished. After more than 30 years, the underbody remains in good to very good condition and, with a few exceptions, is largely rust-free. A light corrosion attack can be observed on the exhaust system, which is nevertheless fully functional due to the installation of a new tailpipe.
