Model history
The Ford Mustang was introduced in the spring of 1964 and established the class of so-called "pony cars." In Germany, the model initially had to be sold as the "T5" due to trademark rights. The Mustang struck a chord with the spirit of the times and quickly became a symbol of American sportiness. The 1966 model year is considered one of the most popular of the first generation, before later variants increasingly moved in the direction of "muscle cars." To this day, the Mustang remains one of the most famous sports cars in the world and continues to be produced more than six decades after its premiere.

LG Tom
