Model history

The Rover Mini Cooper from 1992 was a sports version of the legendary Mini. It was powered by a 1.3-liter inline four-cylinder engine that produced 63 hp. The transmission was a manual four-speed gearbox. The design of the Mini Cooper was only slightly modified compared to the standard model. This Mini was visually modeled on the legendary Monte Mini. In the 1960s, the Mini took part in the Montecarlo Rally several times and was even quite successful. At the time, it was able to keep up with the big names and even won against Lancia and Porsche. A great deal of attention was paid to details on this model, such as the additional headlights supplied, the vehicle stickers, the second fuel filler neck and the small tail lights installed in the early years of construction. These features make this Mini unique.
