BMW Z1 (1991)

Kickdown's Take

by Juri Pilawa

The BMW Z1 is one of the most interesting classic cars from Munich: only 8,000 were built, and its retractable doors are legendary. This example, in its original green paint, was originally delivered in Germany, has been in its second owner’s possession since 2007, and has low mileage at 30,680 kilometers. The body and interior are well-maintained, and a comprehensive service—including a timing belt replacement—was performed as recently as 2023. An exciting collector’s item for enthusiasts of exceptional ’90s classics.

Good morning, I see some rust under the car. Is there any other rust or oxidation in other parts of the car? Are there in the front fenders or closed to the key doors any crack in the fiberglass, or it was repaired? Kind regards

LG Tom
