After the production of the 911 Turbo based on the 996 was discontinued, Porsche presented the new "Turbo" in the summer of 2006. He consistently pursued the path he had chosen and was still available exclusively with all-wheel drive. However, the 4x4 system had been fundamentally revised and included Porsche Traction Management – a fast control of the power flow by multi-plate clutch derived from the Cayenne. The system called "PTM" thus significantly improved the agility of the new turbo, to which the standard "PASM" (Porsche Active Suspension Management) also contributed. More than 20,000 turbos of the 997 series were built in the body shapes coupé and convertible.

The Porsche 911 to be auctioned in this auction is a turbo from the 2007 model year of the 997 series of the 2nd generation (MK 1), which was registered for the first time in the Netherlands in March 2007. So it's still a turbo from the Hans Mezger era. From the present history – which consists, among other things, of a complete checkbook – it can be seen that this 911 Turbo with the FIN WP0ZZZ99Z7S787951 including the current holder has 3 owners. All original keys are available, the matching numbers are given and the last TÜV completed is valid until April 2023. It is worth mentioning that it is a manual turbo without sunroof and rear window wiper, which is also black / black – absolutely rare! In addition, the 997 Mk.1 Porsche Approved is capable and was only driven in the summer. It comes from a collection and was never moved on the racetrack.

This 997 Turbo wears plain black (paint code 041) as a paint finish, except for minimal and normal traces of use, there are no deficits in the exterior. Repainting is not known to the current holder, even external modifications should not have the Porsche. All plastic attachments such as the bumpers are undamaged and preserved in good condition, all window panes are in crack-free condition and the rear spoiler retracts perfectly electrically. Corrosion on the exterior of this Porsche can not be found, even dents or paint chips are apparently not to be detected.

The 3.6-litre six-cylinder boxer engine delivers 480 hp and is shifted via 6-speed manual transmission. The power is evenly distributed to all 4 wheels, so traction is always given.
