The Mercedes-Benz Cabriolet offered in this auction is the model 300 CE-24 from the year of construction 1993. This convertible was registered for the first time with the FIN WDB12406118943662 in Germany. An existing checkbook allows the history of this car to be traced. According to the seller, a total of 2 owners are said to have benefited from the 300 CE-24, the last completed main inspection runs until June 2023. The so-called matching numbers are assumed.

The body of the E-Class Cabriolet is kept in subtle white: the Sacco boards, like the bumpers, can be found in accent colour and the soft top is kept dark blue. Striking in this 300 CE-24 is the SEC-style bonnet, which gives the Mercedes-Benz a slightly sportier look. The seller is not aware of any repainting, as a result, this car still presents itself in its first paint – in view of this, the exterior can be attributed a well-preserved condition without damage. All plastic attachments are also in apparently clean condition. Cracks or excessive signs of use in the soft top fabric are not to be detected.

Tires of the Continental brand are mounted with sufficient profile on 5-spoke Mercedes aluminum rims – which are preserved in acceptable condition. The condition of the brakes is stated by the seller as new, in the area of the chassis no inconsistencies can be found.

In the interior, one is greeted by a grey full leather interior: apart from a worn-out driver's seat cheek, there are generally only minimal signs of wear in the interior of the Mercedes-Benz. Damage or even missing parts are not to be found here. The equipment of the 300 CE-24 includes: airbag steering wheel, electric windows, electric seat adjustment, seat heating, center armrest and a Becker Grand Prix 2000 cassette radio. All equipment elements in the interior can be taken from a flawless function, in addition, the electrically opening hood also shows a problem-free functioning.

The instruments in the speedometer of the W124 are clearly legible: On the 6-digit odometer of this cabriolet, a mileage of 95,180 kilometers can be read – the total mileage can be proven via partially guided checkbook and various existing documents, according to the seller's statements. All displays and controls in the interior of the convertible are in service without any problems.

The 3.0-litre in-line six-cylinder engine in the front of the Mercedes-Benz delivers 220 hp: the gears are engaged via a 5-speed automatic transmission, and there are no technical defects according to the current holder. In 2021, a final service took place.

According to the mileage of this convertible, the underbody condition is also in clean condition without complaints. A Mercedes-Benz of the W124 model series is considered by many lovers and fans of the brand with the three-pointed star to be the last "real" Benz, and the cabriolet of this model series is no exception: With 4 full-fledged seats, you can easily go on holiday with the whole family. In the case of this 300 CE-24 with low mileage offered here, the whole thing is then done with the support of the powerful in-line six-cylinder and the comfort of the leather seats.
