The model offered here impresses with its low mileage (only approx. 53,000 kilometers). It has also only had two owners and is currently part of a larger Porsche collection. A unique opportunity!

Model history
At the end of the 1980s, Porsche was going through a tough time financially. Sales were down, especially in the important US market, and transaxle models like the Porsche 944 were getting less popular because the design hadn't changed much since it was first introduced in 1981. Porsche responded to this development with the Porsche 968, introduced in 1991, presenting a significantly revised model with a more modern design and technical enhancements. Visually, the 968 was more closely aligned with the Porsche model range at the time and also marked the final stage in the evolution of the transaxle sports cars from Zuffenhausen.
