Condition

Exterior

  • Exterior color is Pacific Blue Metallic
  • The vehicle was completely disassembled during the conversion and fully repainted in the original Pacific Blue Metallic color
  • For the repainting, components including bumpers, front and rear skirts, side sills, hoods, doors, fenders, and windows were removed. The underbody was dry-iced and then treated with a new protective coating
  • There are slight signs of wear. There is paint damage on the roof; accordingly, the roof should be repainted
  • The front skirt is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) and is modeled after the Clubsport prototype. The rear skirt is made of Kevlar. Also installed are a carbon-fiber hood with a ducktail spoiler from DP Motorsport and a black-wrapped aluminum trunk lid
  • Also included is a set of Fuchs wheels in 7- and 8-inch by 15-inch sizes with new, unused semi-slicks, as well as an additional pair of new rear tires

Interior

  • The car features a thoroughly weight-reduced interior. Some color accents are finished in dark blue
  • The interior is in good overall condition; slight signs of wear may be present
  • As part of the conversion, all interior components not required for the project were removed. Removed interior parts—some of which are dark blue and match the vehicle—are included in the purchase price
  • The speedometer and tachometer dials are visually inspired by classic RS and RSR models. The speedometer displays in 50 increments, and the red zone on the tachometer begins at 7,300 rpm
  • The odometer was calibrated via GPS
  • Due to the removal of the heating and ventilation system, a two-stage heated windshield with original tinting and stone-chip protection film was installed. It is operated via a dedicated relay and the pull switch for the rear window defroster
  • The original water tank with blower, air distribution, and slide controls is included in the delivery
  • The rear glass side windows and the rear window are also included in the delivery.

Technical Specifications

  • The vehicle is registered and is still driven occasionally

  • The engine features a higher compression ratio, Mahle cylinders, RSR Pistal Pistone pistons, a pinned and splined engine block, a Porsche 964 oil pump, and a lightweight, precision-balanced flywheel. Camshafts from the 2.4E model were used to deliver torque as early as possible
  • The manual transmission was overhauled and reinforced with an additional bulkhead for the input shafts. Gears and synchronizer rings were replaced
  • The engine and transmission were built by Neunelfmotoren, Claas Bahrenburg. The cost of a modern rebuild of this engine and transmission unit is estimated at approximately 65,000 to 70,000 euros
  • The suspension is equipped with Bilstein shocks and PU bushings throughout. The vehicle features 21-mm torsion bars up front and 26-mm hollow-drilled torsion bars in the rear. Summary

For sale is a 1982 Porsche 911 SC RS-Outlaw in Pacific Blue Metallic with German first registration and a total of three previous owners in Germany. The vehicle was purchased by the current owner in 2016, driven for about a year initially, and then completely disassembled and thoroughly converted into a narrow SC-RS-inspired Outlaw by 2018. The body, engine, transmission, suspension, and interior have been extensively overhauled. The 3.0-liter twin-ignition engine, featuring 42 mm Solex-Zenith carburetors, higher compression, Mahle cylinders, RSR Pistal Pistone pistons, a 964 oil pump, and other modifications, produces 269 PS according to the dynamometer. Three dyno reports are available. Thanks to extensive weight reduction, the Porsche achieves a curb weight of 980 kg with a full tank or approximately 930 kg in track day configuration. Bilstein dampers, PU bushings, modified torsion bars, 964 C2 brake calipers, and perforated and internally vented brake rotors round out the technical setup. The last service was performed in November 2025. The most important modifications have been approved and registered. A total of more than 120,000 euros has been invested in the project. The Porsche has a TÜV inspection valid through September 2027 and an “H” license plate. With its consistent lightweight construction, elaborately built powertrain, and outlaw look, this 911 offers an interesting opportunity for enthusiasts of custom-built, driving-oriented classic Porsches.
