Model history
The Alfa Romeo GT 1300 Junior was launched in February 1966 and was built until 1975. The 1300 Junior was powered by a lively 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine with twin carburetors, which produced 87 hp and offered a thoroughly sporty driving experience. The only visual difference to the larger 1600 model was the modified radiator grille. Despite the smaller engine, the car impressed with its lightweight construction and agile handling. It was also equipped with disc brakes on all wheels and a five-speed gearbox. The interior offered sporty elegance with classic round instruments and high-quality materials. To this day, the GT 1300 Junior is a sought-after vehicle for lovers of Italian automotive art.
