Model history
The Mercedes-Benz G 230 GE, in this variant as a Puch Cabrio, comes from the legendary G-Class series, which was originally developed for military use. In Switzerland, several models rolled off the production line under the Puch brand - technically identical to their Mercedes brothers. Robust, angular and uncompromisingly suitable for off-road use, the G 230 GE was equipped with a powerful in-line engine and all-wheel drive. Today, the convertible versions are among the most sought-after collector's items - especially when, as here, a fully restored example with an exceptional look is available.

LG Tom
