Model history
In 1964, Glas presented the 1300GT, a sporty classic that combined elegance and technical sophistication. The striking design was created by the renowned Italian studio Frua and manufactured in Moncalieri by Maggiora before final assembly took place at the Glas plant in Dingolfing. The engine, a powerful 1.3-litre unit with overhead camshaft, delivered impressive performance and was later further optimised: with increased power output of 85 hp, the 1300GT reached a top speed of 175 km/h – impressive for the time.

Comments of this past auction
LG Tom
