In this auction, it is now possible to bid for a BMW 730i of the E32 series. The sedan with the vehicle identification number WBAGA71030DA86559 dates from 1993 and was first registered for German road traffic in September of the same year. The verifiable history of the E32 is remarkable: After the first owner drove the BMW as a company car, he took it over in retirement and finally gave it to collectors after many years of possession under meticulous care, where he finally changed the owner within the household. Although a total of four owners can be found in the vehicle registration document, taking into account the history, two previous owners can actually be spoken of. The car is accompanied by numerous documents from the time of delivery, and the service booklet is completely guided from a mileage of 129,000km. A report by classic analytics certifies the 730i with "Matching Numbers" the overall grade 2+, the replacement value is given as 18,500 €. The main inspection is new. The car comes with a set of two vehicle keys.

BMW calls the body colour of the 730i "Alpine White 3", which is largely the original paint. Only in the area of the rear section improvements were carried out, and on the hood the clear coat was renewed. The work was apparently carried out expertly, because color differences are not discernible on the body. Otherwise, too, the outer skin of the E32 presents itself in a remarkable condition: The body is completely free of scratches, quirks or parking bumps, and even minor stone chips are not noticeable on the paint of the sedan. The chrome trims as well as the black rubber seals and plastic strips also look very well maintained. Serious rust problems were never an issue for the E32 series anyway, and even with this specimen you look for corrosion in vain. In keeping with the dynamic appearance of the E32, the car drives on original BMW Styling 5 alloy wheels in the dimensions 7x15". These also make a visually impeccable impression, the mounted tires attest to the seller's good condition. There are also no known defects in the area of brakes and chassis. The BMW is in accident-free condition.

The interior of the car is kept in gray, the seats are equipped with fabric covers. This is where the well-kept condition of the 730i continues: both in the area of the comfortable rear seat and in the driver's and front passenger's seat, the seat covers make a well-groomed impression, and have no defects or damage. As the only damage in the interior, the seller states the slightly curved chrome door sill. In the centre console and on the door panels, the E32 is equipped with wooden applications, which are also free of damage or discoloration. The original BMW Bavaria Business Radio is installed in the car in true style, so that the centre console is in its contemporary condition. The installed air conditioning system provides fresh air supply, in winter there are pleasant temperatures thanks to seat heating. Other features of the sedan include sunroof, power steering, central locking, electric windows, ABS and the PDC parking aid front and rear.

Typical of BMW are the four round instruments of the E32, from which the driver can extract all the important vehicle information. The digital mileage of the car has a total mileage of around 158,000km. This is comprehensible through numerous documents such as invoices and TüV receipts, the checkbook is fully maintained from a mileage of 129,000km. According to the information, all instruments work without restrictions.

Under the large hood of the 730i rests the in-line six-cylinder M30, which has contributed significantly to the excellent reputation of the six-cylinder engines from BMW. In this configuration, the unit has a displacement of 2985 cm³ and produces a maximum output of 188 hp. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via the manual five-speed transmission. The last service was received by the car in April 2022, defects in the engine and technology are not detected. As the only repair work, the seller lists the replacement of the door handle seals.

At the moment there is no further work to be done, so that nothing stands in the way of the "joy of driving". The well-kept impression of the car continues with a view of the underbody, which the seller attests to an almost mint condition.

The subfloor is in very good condition, as can be seen in the other pictures.

In the gallery you will find further insights into the report, which once again illustrates the very good condition of the car.
