Model history:

In its time, the Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16V stood for innovation and new standards. It was built from 1988 to 1993. Almost 5500 units were produced during this period. What set this car apart from other models was primarily its new engine, which was based on the legendary Cosworth engine. But the Benz also knew how to shine visually. Distinctive lines and a sporty body made the appearance an absolute highlight.

You will have the opportunity to purchase a Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16V from 1988 in the following auction. To date, a total of four previous owners have been allowed to drive the Benz on the roads. It was always driven accident-free. At the moment, the car has TÜV until July 2024, is roadworthy and also registered. An existing H license plate certifies the vehicle its classic car status. In addition, a checkbook is available, but it was not kept completely. In the course of a restoration, both the interior and the exterior were completely redone.

Exterior paint/paint/body:

The Mercedes presents itself in an elegant shade of red, which skilfully underlines the distinctive and sporty shape of the vehicle. An additional eye-catcher is the rear spoiler, which perfectly rounds off the overall picture of the car. Exterior rims/brakes/chassis:

15-inch "manhole cover" alloy wheels in red provide a skilful addition to the appearance. Apparently, these rims are in a defect-free condition, and such a condition should also be guaranteed in the future by a high-gloss compaction. New tires were mounted on the alloy wheels, which provide optimal traction on the asphalt. In addition, according to the seller, the brake system has been revised, which can also be attested to be in mint condition. Thanks to its sportily tuned chassis with tight suspension, the Mercedes offers a stable driving experience.

Interior:

When you look into the interior, the original Mercedes-Benz fabric upholstery in a checkered pattern immediately catches the eye. The colour-coordinated dashboard with the typical Mercedes instruments impressively rounds off the interior design. In addition, the Benz offers all kinds of equipment that ensure a comfortable ride. These include a sunroof, power steering, central locking, power windows, air conditioning, ABS, cruise control and a radio. Over the years, the Benz has been able to gain an impressive 315,928 km of experience. According to the current owner, the value is comprehensible. In addition, all instruments and displays in the interior can be certified as having their functions.

Engine:

A 4-cylinder engine with an output of 194 hp propels the sedan over the roads and ensures powerful performance. The power is transmitted to the rear axle via an automatic transmission. Subsoil:

The underside of the Benz is in an age-appropriate and rust-free condition. It should be noted, however, that this is welded. The current owner states that the accumulator is defective at the moment, but it will be repaired before the auction ends.
