Model history
The Morgan 4/4 Competition is a rare and particularly sporty representative of the traditional British roadster manufacturer. The model name "4/4" stands for four wheels and four cylinders – a configuration that Morgan has kept virtually unchanged since 1936. In the Competition version, the car was specially tuned for sporty use, with a lightweight body, sporty suspension tuning, and a more powerful engine. At that time, the 4/4 Competition was usually powered by a 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine from Ford, which could deliver up to 95 hp – with a kerb weight of less than 800 kg, this ensured agile handling and plenty of driving pleasure. The classic design with free-standing fenders, wire-spoke wheels, and a handcrafted interior made of leather and wood underlines its nostalgic charm.

Questions and Comments
LG Tom
