Kickdown's Take
by Moritz NiemannPorsche special models always have what it takes to become classics. This also applies to the rare 924 Exclusive with 160 hp and a curb weight of only around 1,200 kg. This model impresses with its long-term ownership and the all-important timing belt replacement in 2023. In addition, the 924 was only driven in the summer. An ideal rarity for entering the world of Porsche!

Model history
At the end of the Porsche 924's production run, the limited edition "Exklusiv" model was released in 1987. It was based on the 924 S and was equipped with the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine from the 944, which produced 160 hp. Typical features of the special model were sporty details such as special flannel in the interior, alloy wheels in the car color, and extended standard equipment. Today, the 924 Exclusive is considered a coveted final edition of the 924 series, combining sophisticated transaxle technology with a sporty look.

Questions and Comments
LG Tom
