      Technik: Die selbsttragende Pontonkarosserie mit vorderem Hilfsrahmen des Nuova 1100 und das Fahrwerk mit einzeln an Doppelquerlenkern aufgehängten Vorderrädern und der angetriebenen Starrachse an Blattfedern hinten war neu konstruiert. Vorn und hinten gab es einen Querstabilisator und rundum Teleskopstoßdämpfer. Die Lenkung arbeitete mit Schnecke und Rolle. LG Tom

        Technik: Modelle mit selbsttragender Karosserie (1953–1970). 1953 wurde der Fiat 1100 durch den 1100-103 oder Fiat Nuova 1100 abgelöst. Das Modell wurde bis Ende der 1960er-Jahre in Italien produziert. Es wurde auch außerhalb Italiens montiert, unter anderem als NSU-Fiat Neckar (Karosseriefertigung bei Weinsberg) in Deutschland oder als Steyr-Fiat in Österreich. In Indien wurde der Fiat 1100 von Premier von 1964 bis 2000 in Lizenz als Premier Padmini gebaut. Die selbsttragende Pontonkarosserie mit vorderem Hilfsrahmen des Nuova 1100 und das Fahrwerk mit einzeln an Doppelquerlenkern aufgehängten Vorderrädern und der angetriebenen Starrachse an Blattfedern hinten war neu konstruiert.
