The Fiat offered in this auction is a 600 Multipla from 1960, which according to the seller has been completely restored. The first registration of this Fiat 600 Multipla took place as intended in Italy, since 2013 the small car is in Germany – where it was driven by the previous owner only with red 07 number. How many holders the Multipla has in total is not known. Since September 2021, the Fiat with the chassis number 100D108102698 is with the current owner, who now wants to sell the Multipla. The vehicle received an H-approval in November 2021. A history of the Fiat 600 Multipla can be traced approximately - whether matching numbers are given, can not be confirmed.

In the course of the complete restoration, of course, the paint dress of this Multipla was also new: The underside of the car is kept in light blue, the top is painted in white. Paint defects on the exterior as well as damage to the various attachments are not noticeable – in addition, the chrome is in shiny condition. No scratches or cracks can be detected on the windows and the headlights can also be found without defects. Rust on the body of this Fiat 600 can not be detected. In the current possession, the vehicle ran accident-free.

Restoration work also took place in the area of wheels, brakes and chassis: According to the DOT from 2014, tires in the dimension 145/80 are mounted on 12-inch steel rims with chrome hubcaps. In terms of braking, there are apparently no serious defects to be detected, in the area of the chassis no deviations from the original condition can be detected.

If you open the "suicide doors" of the Fiat 600 Multipla, you enter the interior of the car, which is equipped with black artificial leather. Much has been renewed in the interior: in addition to the new covers, the rubber carpet and various small parts were also new. The white two-spoke steering wheel is preserved in a wear-free condition, just like the gear knob. There are no missing parts or defects in the entire interior of the Multipla. A digital thermometer – which is mounted under the dashboard on the driver's side – should be mentioned as a modification. In terms of equipment, the most necessary on board this Fiat 600 is: A spare wheel can be placed in front of the passenger footwell and the side windows can be pushed open for fresh air supply. The benches can be folded down into a lying surface.

The instrument cluster of the Multipla is reduced to the minimum: cooling water temperature, speed and tank level are displayed here: A mileage of 6,365 kilometres can be read on the speedometer. This mileage probably represents the total mileage after the completed restoration work. The few instruments in the interior are said to function flawlessly.

The Fiat 600 Multipla is powered by a 25 hp four-cylinder engine, shifted via a 4-speed manual transmission. Defects in the technology of the Fiat 600 are not to be enumerated according to the seller's information. The engine runs cleanly and the gearbox can be guided well through the alleys. Only recently, according to the seller information, a final maintenance took place.

The underbody of this car is perfectly found, defects can obviously not be listed here. This iconic small car is for people who want to know how much space economy can be extracted from a small car without causing a major loss of comfort. The current owner also mentions that a custom-made cover for the Fiat Multipla exists and is of course given to the buyer.
