Model history

The Triumph TR6 was produced from 1968 to 1976 and was a further development of the TR5. The TR6 PI (Petrol Injection) was equipped with a mechanical injection system from Lucas. The TR6 was largely designed by Karmann, which gave it a striking, angular design. The TR6 PI was mainly intended for the European market, while a version with carburetors was offered in the USA. Thanks to its performance and sporty character, the TR6 quickly became a popular roadster. With its robust construction and good driving dynamics, the TR6 is still a classic among British sports cars today.
