Condition

Exterior

  • The car is painted in Pacific Blue Metallic.
  • The vehicle was completely disassembled during the conversion and fully repainted in the original Pacific Blue Metallic color.
  • For the repainting, components including bumpers, skirts, sills, hoods, doors, fenders, and windows were removed. The underbody was dry-iced and then treated with a new protective coating.
  • There are slight signs of wear as well as minor scratches or dents.
  • The front skirt is made of fiberglass and is modeled after the Clubsport prototype. The rear skirt is made of Kevlar. Also installed are a carbon-fiber hood with a ducktail spoiler from DP Motorsport and a black-wrapped aluminum trunk lid.
  • A set of Fuchs rims in 7- and 8-inch by 15-inch sizes with new, unused semi-slick tires, as well as an additional pair of new rear tires, is available as an optional extra.

Interior

  • The car features a thoroughly weight-reduced interior. Some color accents are finished in dark blue.
  • The interior is in good overall condition, though slight signs of wear may be present.
  • As part of the conversion, all interior components not required for the project were removed. Removed interior parts—some of which are dark blue and match the vehicle—are included in the purchase price.
  • The speedometer and tachometer dials are visually inspired by classic RS and RSR models. The speedometer displays in 50 increments, and the red zone on the tachometer begins at 7,300 rpm.
  • The odometer was calibrated via GPS.
  • Since the heating and ventilation system was removed, a two-stage heated windshield with original tinting and stone-chip protection film was installed. It is operated via a dedicated relay and the pull switch for the rear window defroster.
  • The original water tank with blower, air distribution, and slide controls is included in the delivery.
  • The rear side windows (glass) and the rear window are also included in the delivery.

Technical Specifications

  • The vehicle is registered and is still driven occasionally.
  • The 3.0-liter engine has been converted to a dual-ignition setup with 42 mm Solex-Zenith carburetors and, according to the dynamometer, produces 269 PS. Three dynamometer reports are available.
  • The engine features a higher compression ratio, Mahle cylinders, RSR Pistal Pistone pistons, a pinned and threaded engine block, a Porsche 964 oil pump, and a lightweight, precision-balanced flywheel. Camshafts from the 2.4E model were used to deliver torque as early as possible.
  • The manual transmission was overhauled and reinforced with an additional bulkhead for the input shafts. Gears and synchronizer rings were replaced.
  • The engine and transmission were built by Neunelfmotoren, Claas Bahrenburg. The cost of rebuilding this engine and transmission unit from scratch today is estimated at around 65,000 to 70,000 euros.
  • The suspension is equipped with Bilstein shocks and PU bushings throughout. The vehicle features 21-mm torsion bars in the front and 26-mm hollow-drilled torsion bars in the rear. The vehicle was lowered moderately to ensure sufficient negative spring travel. Camber is set to the maximum at both the front and rear. Test reports are available.

Summary

For sale is a 1982 Porsche 911 SC-S Outlaw in Pacific Blue Metallic with German first registration and a total of three previous owners in Germany. The vehicle was purchased by the current owner in 2016, driven for about a year, and then completely disassembled and systematically converted into a narrow SC-RS-inspired Outlaw by 2017. The body, engine, transmission, suspension, and interior were extensively overhauled. The body was completely disassembled, the underbody was dry-iced, and the vehicle was repainted in its original color. The 3.0-liter twin-ignition engine, featuring 42 mm Solex-Zenith carburetors, higher compression, Mahle cylinders, RSR Pistal Pistone pistons, a 964 oil pump, and other modifications, produces 269 PS according to dyno testing. Three dynamometer reports are available. The reinforced and overhauled transmission, as well as the engine, were built by Neunelfmotoren, Claas Bahrenburg. The chassis, engine, and transmission numbers are matching numbers. Thanks to extensive weight reduction, the Porsche achieves a ready-to-drive weight of 980 kg with a full tank or approximately 930 kg in track day configuration. Bilstein dampers, PU bushings, modified torsion bars, 964 C2 brake calipers, and drilled and internally ventilated brake rotors round out the technical setup. The verifiable mileage of approximately 34,000 km refers to the distance traveled since completion in 2017; the odometer was reset to zero after the engine was completed, and the previous mileage is documented by an invoice from CM Instruments. The last service was performed in November 2025. The most significant modifications have been approved and registered. In total, including the purchase price of the vehicle, more than 120,000 euros were invested in the project, according to the owner. The Porsche has a TÜV inspection valid through September 2027 and an “H” license plate. With its consistent lightweight construction, the elaborately built powertrain, the documented technical specifications, and its extensive history, this 911 offers an interesting opportunity for enthusiasts of custom-built, driving-oriented classic Porsches.
