Model history
The BMW E30 was launched in 1982 as the successor to the E21 and was the second generation of the 3 Series. The design was created by Claus Luthe and was further developed in terms of both functionality and style. The E30 was significantly more varied: in addition to the two-door sedan, four-door, convertible, touring, diesel, and all-wheel-drive versions followed. With high build quality, precise handling, and sporty six-cylinder engines—as in the 323i—the E30 quickly became an icon of the 1980s.

Questions and Comments
LG Tom
