Model history:
In 1971, Mercedes presented the R107 series, the successor to the W113 Pagoda series. The design was also created by Bruno Sacco and convinced with 70s lines. This series also includes the legendary 560 SL. This was produced as a pure export vehicle for the markets USA, Australia and Japan. Not only did the Mercedes fit very well visually in the land of unlimited possibilities, but also because of its performance. A sporty V8 engine made the 560 SL a popular and globally successful vehicle.
General information about the car:
Now you have the opportunity to buy a Mercedes 560 SL from 1987 in the following auction. The car was originally imported from the USA and was allowed to be moved by three owners. The car has an H license plate and is TÜV approved until May 2025. In addition, after winning the auction, the Mercedes can be driven directly, because it is ready to drive and registered. A checkbook is available, which, however, was not led completely. A special feature of this vehicle is the fact that it has matching numbers, which means that all major components and parts have been preserved in their original condition.

In a sporty red, the convertible presents itself on the streets. In the course of a restoration the car was completely repainted, since then it shines again in its old splendor. The paint shows no defects and gives the car a fresh and contemporary look.
