Porsche 911 997 Carrera (2004)

Louis Kalendruschat

Kickdown's Take

by Louis Kalendruschat

This 997 stands out for its low mileage of just 51,000 kilometers, its German first registration, and its well-maintained condition. With its classic color combination, this 911 is a modern classic that holds its value very well. The 997 series, in particular, has been experiencing increasing demand lately, making this coupe an ideal opportunity for Porsche enthusiasts.

Model History

The Porsche 997, introduced in 2004, marks the sixth generation of the 911 and remained on sale until 2013. It represented a further evolution of the 996—featuring classic round headlights, a redesigned interior, and standard 18-inch wheels. Starting in 2009, the 997 underwent a comprehensive redesign: new direct-injection engines, the modern PDK dual-clutch transmission, and technical refinements made it more powerful and efficient. The 997 is considered a successful blend of classic 911 design and modern technology and remains highly popular to this day.

LG Tom
