Model history
The Porsche 997, introduced in 2004, marks the sixth generation of the 911 and was on sale until 2013. It was a further development of the 996 – with classic round headlights, a redesigned interior and standard 18-inch wheels. From 2009, the 997 underwent extensive revisions: new engines with direct injection, the modern PDK dual-clutch transmission and technical refinements made it more powerful and efficient. The 997 is considered a successful combination of classic 911 design and modern technology and remains very popular to this day.

Comments of this past auction
LG Tom
