MG B V8 Roadster (1979)

Louis Kalendruschat

Kickdown's Take

by Louis Kalendruschat

This MG B Roadster is exceptional: The conversion to a Rover V8 engine and Jaguar automatic transmission gives it a rich V8 sound and significantly more driving pleasure than the original. Fully restored, with a 2+ rating from an expert appraisal and regular maintenance at classic car shops, most recently in September 2025. British Racing Green with a beige interior is arguably the most classic of all MG color combinations. With TÜV certification valid through 2028 and an H license plate, it’s ready to hit the road immediately for enthusiasts of British roadsters with character.

Comments of this past auction
