Model history
The Volkswagen T1, also known as the "Bulli", was developed in the late 1940s in response to the growing demand for a versatile transport vehicle. Inspired by a simple load transporter from the Volkswagen factory, an innovative concept was created: a compact, rounded minibus with a rear engine and a clearly structured driver's compartment at the front. Several prototypes were produced between 1947 and 1949, laying the foundations for one of the most iconic commercial vehicles in automotive history. With its well thought-out design and functional versatility, the T1 quickly became the preferred means of transport for business people, travelers and families worldwide.

Comments of this past auction
LG Tom
